Situated on a small, exclusive and beautifully maintained estate in the foothills of the Sierra de Ronda. La Casita has outstanding views from virtually every room, overlooking the pool and the bay of Marbella. This detached home is set in an elevated private location surrounded by its own mature gardens, within the grounds of the owners home, but it is not overlooked and it's private. The villa is tastefully furnished and decorated, and each room has air conditioning and central heating. The lower floor and bathrooms have underfloor heating for those cooler months. Accommodation comprises of 4 good sized bedrooms. The two master bedrooms have king sized beds and en suites, and the two further bedrooms have twin beds, one with an ensuite and the other with a luxury shower room opposite. The open plan living area has an open fireplace and dining area, entertainment is provided by satellite TV (full SKY card) and CD player. The living area opens directly onto the terrace.
There is a large fully fitted kitchen open to the dining area and with doors to the terrace where you will find table and chairs for al fresco dining. Views from the rooms, terraces and pool are dramatic and far reaching. There is a BBQ and sun loungers are provided. Heated swimming pool (11m x 4.5m) - with sliding pool hall for all year round use.
Nearby is golf, tennis, horse riding, sailing, mountain biking, walking and drives into the scenic surrounding mountains, and of course water sports all within easy reach. Several beaches are within a 15min drive at Puerto Banus and San Pedro. Shopping facilities are numerous with supermarkets and weekly street markets in San Pedro, Marbella and Puerto Banus. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes offering excellent value menu del dia and local fish dishes, and for more lively night life then look no further than Puerto Banus with its world famous marina.
The villa rental charge is fully inclusive of the following: cost of all water, electricity and gas consumed, (if the air conditioning/central heating is used it is metered and payable at the end of the rental), maintenance of pool and garden, and a weekly change of linen and towels. Maid service for 7 hours per week is provided. Please provide your own beach towels. No smoking in the house please.
