The shared swimming pool is just 30 meters from our property so very close by without the risk of being disturbed by noise, the pool area is well equipped with sun loungers and parasols all within a secure garden environment. Walking to and from the main town, marina and beaches of Puerto Banus is an easy, flat, well lit walk which takes 15-20 minutes. If you drive into town there are two large underground carparks so parking there is also easy. The local bus stops nearby and the taxis are also inexpensive. Duty free shopping in Gibraltar is an hour away , the old town of Marbella is a 10 minute drive and the historic town of Rhonda is also close by as is Estepona with its safari park. The Costa del Sol/Malaga region: On this beautifully well maintained complex, their clubhouse which will hosts a sophisticated bar, chill-out areas, pool with beds and bistro. Tennis and paddle courts are available to hire. The area is well known as an international tourist area, surrounded by golf courses, beautiful beaches, lovely mountain views, exciting nightlife and extensive bars, restaurants some around the picturesque harbour not to mention the fabulous designer shops and those with a more modest pocket! There is a large supermarket on the complex which is so convenient as it is a two minute stroll to get all your provisions. On Saturdays there is a large local market at the bullring in Puerto Banus and you can find markets in all the surrounding towns on most days of the week. Further details indoors: The living room is luxuriously furnished with comfortable seating for at least 6 people with an LCD flat screen TV with surround sound and basic Sky TV package so feel free to bring your own card for full viewing. At this point you can decide whether you want to take advantage of their professional transfer service from the airport direct to the property (in English, French, German, Spanish or Russian). 7. Or if you are hiring a car, a detailed travel itinerary will be sent by PDF email how to find their office to collect the keys. 8. They are able to offer varying services prior to your arrival welcome packs, hire of beds, cots, high-chairs etc, hire of PS2 or Xbox, mobile modem hire for your laptop, etc... Please ask! 9. The property will be clean and ready for your arrival, with all the power on, the water hot and anything you requested in place. 10. If you have any requirements whilst you are there, all the contact details and the office location is detailed for you. 11. For stays of 10 nights or more, you will be provided with a weekly clean + linen and towel change. 12. Finally on vacation, you will be instructed the outward procedure.
