FAB VILLA WITH PRIVATE HEATED POOL (included in prices October to May) + FREE WIRELESS BROADBAND. Super elevated villa with commanding views over the `turtle-lake´, Puerto Banus, La-Concha mountain, the African coastline & the Atlas mountains in the distance.

The villa is in located in a secure gated community operated by remote security pass card controlled entry. There is an attached covered parking space at the front of the villa. The villa is spread over three floors. The main living areas and kitchen is superbly equipped and is very light and airy as open plan.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (and a separate guest toilet), modern fitted kitchen. Ample terraces for sunbathing and a good sized private heated swimming pool. The bedrooms are furnished as 2 doubles and two twins. A travel cot & child cot and high chair are also available. The master bedroom upstairs features a sitting room and ensuite bathroom as well as a private terrace.

There is plenty of terrace and pool side lounging furniture. Full hot and cold air-conditioning and the villa also features underfloor heating. Upstairs there is also a sauna with a picture window giving panoramic sea and Puerto Banus views with separate showers, a delight during the evening. You enter the property via the front door onto a split-level hallway/landing.

As you proceed down the staircase you enter a good-sized lounge with feature log burning stove, climate control system and patio doors leading to the terrace with private pool and garden area. To one side is a large open plan fully fitted kitchen with Meile units and an American fridge freezer. The formal dining area is entered through an archway and also has double doors leading to a terrace. Beyond the kitchen there is an utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as another fridge.

On the ground floor below the lounge, there are two more double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and c/c units and a bathroom with full suite. All the rooms are light and airy, and offer good views across the valley and towards the sea.

4. At balance payment stage you will receive another email with further details on payment and more information and suggestions.
5. On payment you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details needed, including key collection, special requests etc.
6. At this point you can decide whether you want to take advantage of their professional transfer service from the airport direct to the property (in English, French, German, Spanish or Russian).
7. Or if you are hiring a car, a detailed travel itinerary will be sent by PDF email how to find their office to collect the keys.
8. They are able to offer varying services prior to your arrival welcome packs, hire of beds, cots, high-chairs etc, hire of PS2 or Xbox, mobile modem hire for your laptop, etc... Please ask!
9. The property will be clean and ready for your arrival, with all the power on, the water hot and anything you requested in place.
10. If you have any requirements whilst you are there, all the contact details and the office location is detailed for you.
11. For stays of 10 nights or more, you will be provided with a weekly clean + linen and towel change.
12. Finally on vacation, you will be instructed the outward procedure. The property will be cleaned, laundry attended to and checked.
