Just a short drive from the busy heart of Puerto Banus, the property is on the private Los Naranjos development, which boasts five swimming pools, tennis courts and landscaped tropical gardens. This lovely luxury ground floor apartment is fully air-conditioned and features 3 full sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom finished in white marble and comprises a bath with shower over, toilet and bidet. The further two bedrooms are beautifully decorated and furnished with twin beds. The second bathroom, also finished in white marble, features a walk-in shower. The spacious L shaped lounge and dining area is equipped with T.V. with SKY satellite plus a DVD. The lounge seating is of modern quality and there is a dining suite inside and outside on the adjacent lovely terrace for 6, the terrace also has lounge/chill-out seating. The benefit of this unit is the gate from the terrace directly to the pool area and gardens, ideal for families! The fully fitted kitchen comprises an oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. Outside is a generous L shaped terrace area with table and chairs for alfresco dining plus lounge seating. The apartment is ideal for families as it is ground floor and fronts onto a lovely pool area and garden. Los Naranjos is conveniently sited close to the centre of Puerto Banus (just a short 4 min taxi ride)whilst maintaining a quiet and relaxed environment. The complex is part residential with approximately 40% being owner occupied and boasts beautiful landscaped tropical gardens. White washed walls, small squares, latticework balconies, quaint courtyards remind you of the real Spain, together with seven lovely pools and tropical gardens makes this complex the ideal base for a wonderful, relaxing holiday-experience. This complex is ideally situated for all the famous golf courses around Marbella which are all within 15 minutes drive and is situated adjacent to the only 24 hour course in the area 'Dama de Noche' and the Marbella Golf Academy. Puerto Banus is only a 20 minutes stroll away, making our homes here the perfect retreat from the 'high-life' associated with this international resort. The apartment is attended to by our maid service, linen and towel change on the anniversary on the week. The complex benefits from an on-site restaurant, bar, internet stations and a huge supermarket therefore a car is not essential for this rental.

2. On payment of the deposit you will receive email confirmation that your holiday is booked and further instructions.
3. You will be asked to fill out all your details, including flights and special requests to ensure that everything is covered.
4. At balance payment stage you will receive another email with further details on payment and more information and suggestions.
5. On payment you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details needed, including key collection, special requests etc.
6. At this point you can decide whether you want to take advantage of their professional transfer service from the airport direct to the property (in English, French, German, Spanish or Russian).
7. Or if you are hiring a car, a detailed travel itinerary will be sent by PDF email how to find their office to collect the keys.
8. They are able to offer varying services prior to your arrival welcome packs, hire of beds, cots, high-chairs etc, hire of PS2 or Xbox, mobile modem hire for your laptop, etc... Please ask!
9. The property will be clean and ready for your arrival, with all the power on, the water hot and anything you requested in place.
10. If you have any requirements whilst you are there, all the contact details and the office location is detailed for you.
11. For stays of 10 nights or more, you will be provided with a weekly clean + linen and towel change.
12. Finally on vacation, you will be instructed the outward procedure. The property will be cleaned, laundry attended to and checked.
