Situated at Elviria, a community 9 km east of Marbella, the flat is in a peaceful resort where you can have a nice relaxing stay accompanied with plenty of exciting activities. The flat is ideal for couples of all ages as well as golfers, windsurfers, fishermen and singletons looking for a good holiday. There is a large living-dining room leading onto a wide balcony that overlooks lush gardens and the pools. The flat can sleep 6 people: 2 double bedrooms (a double bed and 2 single ones) and a sofa bed in the living-room. There are 2 ensuite bathrooms one which has a Jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully-fitted with an electric oven and ceramic hob. The flat also has a TV and a DVD player. The extensive gardens have two swimming pools (one for children) amid well-kept lawns, available only for residents. There is also a parking space. Very close to the flat are two small shopping precincts with supermarkets, banks, cafés, bars and restaurants. The flat is for rent throughout the year and on a weekly or monthly basis. The apartment also benefits from high speed WIFI free of charge.

At balance payment stage you will receive another email with further details on payment and more information and suggestions. 5. On payment you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details needed, including key collection, special requests etc. 6. At this point you can decide whether you want to take advantage of their professional transfer service from the airport direct to the property (in English, French, German, Spanish or Russian). 7. Or if you are hiring a car, a detailed travel itinerary will be sent by PDF email how to find their office to collect the keys. 8. They are able to offer varying services prior to your arrival welcome packs, hire of beds, cots, high-chairs etc, hire of PS2 or Xbox, mobile modem hire for your laptop, etc... Please ask! 9. The property will be clean and ready for your arrival, with all the power on, the water hot and anything you requested in place. 10. If you have any requirements whilst you are there, all the contact details and the office location is detailed for you. 11. For stays of 10 nights or more, you will be provided with a weekly clean + linen and towel change. 12. Finally on vacation, you will be instructed the outward procedure.
