Situated just minutes away from the exclusive marina of Puerto Banus, home to world famous beach clubs and much more, the duplex apartment is within a private gated development with only 12 apartments making it perfect for peace and relaxation , the apartment is located in one of the most sought after areas in Marbella known as the lounge area of Puerto Banus renowned for its breathtaking views, peace and tranquility yet within walking distance to all the action.

As for golfers the area could not be more ideal, there are several magnificent courses within virtual putting distance, including Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf and La Dama de Noche, which are floodlit for night time play.

The apartment is located just a few minutes walk away from Centro Plaza, where the famous street market is held each Saturday, moments away from the local bullring and a 5 minute drive to the luxurious Puerto Banus, home to a selection of designer shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartment also benefits from private parking and garage inside a gated community.

Upon entering the apartment you will find the entrance hall with access to the living area, the kitchen and the stairs to the duplex sleeping area. There is a separate visitors cloakroom and the large fitted kitchen has all the modern appliances.

The lounge offers a fabulous view of Mount Conche and surrounding countryside.

There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, there are also an additional two sofabeds that can be put up when required.

The master bedroom has en-suite facilities and there is also a communal second bathroom.

The master bedroom also benefits from a large sun terrace with spectacular panoramic views.

The communal swimming pool is set in a well-kept garden area and offers peace and quiet with plenty of sunshine. There are 5 sun loungers for exclusive use for this apartment but more can be provided if required.

Nearby to the apartments you will find an array of bars, restaurants and supermarkets such as Supercor and Mercadona.

For those who love to walk you can get to both Puerto Banus and Marbella from the Paseo along the Golden Mile. Once there you can visit the traditional Old Town, which is located in the city centre. This quaint town is full of history and charm and a visit here should not be missed. Another must see is the famous Orange Square.

The Marbella Casino and the beach are also only a short distance away.

The historic towns of Ronda, Cordoba, Granada, Seville, Cadiz and Gibraltar can be seen on day trips, although an overnight stay is recommended in Seville and Cadiz.
